Paul has spent more than two decades in construction, from carpentry apprenticeship through to site management, project management and construction-business ownership.
He understands how work gets built, how sites operate and what makes projects succeed.
He has also seen firsthand what happens when communication breaks down, workmanship slips and problems are left unresolved.
Having owned and operated his own construction business, Paul also understands the pressures behind the scenes: clients, staff, subcontractors, quoting, scheduling, costs, quality and the responsibility of keeping everything moving.
That experience sits at the heart of Advisabuild.

Cheryl brings deep experience in Agile coaching, project management, organisational change and transformation.
